So Frustrated

Hey guys need to vent here, and maybe get some good ideas...me and my dad got a friend to look at the truck today and he said he could finish the body work/ prime/paint for 28 hundred bucks...which is a sweet deal cause he does awesome work. the only thing is right now im layed off and i dont have any $ coming in right now. this is just poor timing cause if i had been working these last 4 weeks id have the money no sweat but i havent been working so im hooped....i should be back to work in sept when it gets busy again but that doesnt help either...the guy said to bring the truck to his shop in 2 weeks and it would take him a week to do it. so say the truck is done in a month for safe measures that would mean that id have about 4 weeks to come up with a couple grand at least...and i dont wanna even ask my parents cause i was raised to work for what is mine...i guess i cant do much but start working and save my money, i just wish there was a way to come up with some money quick, id seriously do anything.....geeeeeeez i wanna pull my hair out...thanks for letting me vent
