Toyota parts for 6 lug disc?
OK, crazy newbie question time:
Has anyone heard of / tried / have thoughts on using Toyota 6-lug parts to put together disc brakes for a '57? The bolt patterns match, the brakes are lug-mounted & 4 pistons, the parts are OEM... seems like a winner. Issues I haven't investigated yet: Bracketry center bore of rotors lug diameter Any thoughts? If anyone is asking "why", it's mostly because I'm a Volvo & Toyota mechanic so I see these things around a lot... |
