Lift scare, lesson learned

I went if my shop this afternoon and saw my truck hanging off one side. I have been putting disc brakes on it and yesterday I had the wheels cut hard to the right. Somehow the truck was in neutral and it rolled back after I left till the left front dropped down on the control arm about the same time the rear tire hit the stop at the back. I can only guess how it wobbled when that happened. Thank god I wasn't there when it happened or I would have had a heart attack.
If it had fell over I would have never known what happened and everyone would have blamed the lift. It was my fault and have learned a valuable lesson.
