power steering line option for my TBI swap

I'm swapping in a complete TBI 350 shortly into my 69. I just put in a new power steering gear box. Now the TBI engine / power steering pump uses metric O-ring fittings. My gearbox obviously uses standard inverted flair fittings. What's the best way to get the two connected? Is there a male inverted flair to female o-ring fitting that I can just put in the gearbox.

I'd prefer to use one of the hoses I have, rather than having something made.

Any suggestions.
