is that a Painless Circuit Boss Mike? If so....be careful with that rubber top/seal. Nothing but resistance/friction to hold them in place and somehow mine fell off during a test run. Luckily they sell replacements, I think at $7 ea.
Otherwise I think they are a great alternative to a new complete harness....have all my new power circuits on one too!
