What's involved in bringing an older truck into Canada from the U.S.

As I understand it if you have a vehicle that qualifies as a classic car and you have a clear title you can bring it into Canada. Is this correct?

Another question, what about if I just brought a cab back, does it need a title to take it across the border?

Final question, does any body know of a person or company that will transport a non-functional vehicle from the U.S. into Canada? Previously I tried to bring a non-functional vehicle from BC to Ontario and none of the companies I contacted wanted to touch it.

Thanks,
Ron
