Radiator mounting and cooling Question

so with my s-10 clip swap I am ending up with the radiator pretty high up, (cheapy Alum. 19x22 universal) and I built this cover/hold down to try and hide some of the radiator, about 3" of it sticks up, but i am hoping it will have enough air flow from below, I am also planning on running and electric fan but was wondering if anyone that has a similar setup has had any cooling problems with. the pictures are a little fuzzy they are from my cell, Also here is a shot of it at ride height.
Let me know what you think,
Thanks
