1951 Chevy "Grain Truck"

Attached are two photo's of a truck I just picked up off the original owners. Odometer shows 72,xxx miles and I'd say the body is 80% rust free original. It was stored inside most of its life, and was last parked in 1990. Surprisingly all of the tires still hold air...barely.. but were good enough to have it towed home. I am sure I am forgetting something about it but was interested if anyone had any advice to share/offer about it. If I am going to put it on the road its going to need tires and it has the split "suicide" rims which I know sometimes it is hard to find anyone to work on them. Also.... they used tamper proof fasteners in 51? I can't seem to figure that out, and I tried to do a search on google and on this site with very little luck. Any help there?
