77 camper special should i buy it?

I happened to drive by a 1977 camper special with a for sale sign in the window today and just had to stop and take a closer look. Original owner died and his wife is selling it through her Son-in-Law. It's a 1977 camper special, original big block replaced with a 350 back in 2004 with a 11,000 miles on the new engine. Repainted in 2004 also. The truck lived it's whole life in Utah and is completely rust free. I couldn't believe the body and frame, I'm used to seeing Illinois trucks after the salt does it's tricks. I drove it today and everything was good, actually the Son-in-Law drove it from Utah last January here to Illinois with no issues at all.

It has the 8400 GVWR emblem and the mustard color strip in the middle of the chrome trim strips. The Son-in-Law said the last person to look at told him that 77 was the only year for the yellow strip. It has power windows and door locks, it's a two door not a crew cab.

I would like some input on what this truck is. What is a camper special and what does it have that a regular 3/4 ton four wheel drive doesn't?

Thanks guys!!
