Went racing

MCE was having their track day at Silver Dollar in GA so I packed the truck up and drove 4hrs there.
Unloaded it put the slicks on it, went to scales and without me in it is 4050#s.
Went thru tech and then into the staging lanes.
with a 145 shot it went 12.5s @ 108 back to back which seems OK but I really was wanting a 7.7x 1/8th mile time and I was only at 8.0s so back to the pit to find different jets and did something I normally do not do...I changed the jets to the biggest I could find in my little baggie.
Picked up 2 tenths and 2MPH 12.3 @ 110
After that run I decided i didnt want to press my luck so I changed back to street tires and loaded it all back up and came home.

15MPGs was the avg on the way down and racing it and part of the way back home with 600#s extra from the 4wheeler I picked up down there.

Not bad!!
