67 chevy c10 swb

I bought an old 67 c10 truck a few months ago. The medium blue truck is currently in its original condition, except for chrome wheels that were put on the truck by a grandson of the original owner. The last year it was registered to operate was in 1978, so it is definitely a survivor.
I purchased some 15 x 6 correct original wheels for the truck, and got a set of original white hubcaps with the red chevy bowtie in the middle. My question is can someone help me with any pictures showing the way the truck would have been in its original state as the the color the steel wheels were painted, and did the truck come with blackwall, or did it have whitewall tires of ??width whitewall, etc.
