TN Sport bumper licence plate light

For a sport style rear bumper, the light bolts to the licence plate bracket. I have painted it with some of that zero rust, anti rust, I dunno what it was, rustoleum made it I wire brushed it and shot it with that,its since sat in the barn in a box for some time. The wire was cut and soldered heat shrinked back together
