Help with Final adjustments

I have had a reasonable difficult time adjusting my rockers. It seemed that every time I adjusted the rockers they would change. I came to find a large vacuum leak at the base of the carbourator, where the gasket goes. I changed the gasket and the engine runs well, what a diffferent.
I am now left with a rocker noise on load, that is when I give it gas. Is this good or do I need to further adjust my rockers. The sound is not loud but I some what feel to it should not be there.
