2000 7.4 into a 73 c10? whats involved in this swap?

so ive got this 2000 c3500 4 door 1 ton with a 7.4 vortec 454..... and ive got a 73 short fleet............. i guess im looking for a shopping list a parts list, the 73 is 305 three on the tree , the 7.4 needs a crank position sensor im hoping,it starts and runs good its just got a hard start problem so im thinking thats what it is i did the old school tune up minus timing...... anyhow just thought id throw it out there... if its cheaper to just get a new 350 ill go that route thanks!
