What would u guys do?

So i been working on my project 78 stepside, i rebuild the tranny about 3 months ago and fix little things here and there. Here is where my dilema is. I got rust around windshield, i need a core support and front bumper,cab corners need replace,bottom of doors got rust, the threads on the stepside fenders are messed up so my bed sides need replace, i need a tail gate too. What would u guys do? Fix all the stuff i just noted or buy a donor truck or just buy another truck? Help please.
