1966 Burb floor/firewall replacment questions
I recently scored a 66 Chevy Suburban (my first one!)
![]() The front floorpan, rockers, and structural area on either end of the firewall are shot. I was wondering if everything was the same up here on the suburbans and pickup cabs. I need to fix the rot, and would like to put a GMC dash in it. If it was so simple as cutting off a cab from the dash down, and splicing to the suburban body...? Am I dreaming here? Does anyone have any experience with this?
