? 1 barrel Rochester or change to 2 barrel?

From new member. Merry Chrismas. My ? is, I have a single barrel rochester carb on a 66-250 gmc/chevy engine inline 6. For $40. I could rebuild the carb, or should I change it to a 2 barrel of some brand. I won't be putting more than 2000km per year on the car as it is more for show. The body is a fibreglassed Duesenberg, the car will not be used for speed. It has a hard top and a soft top. What advice do you have for me and why regarding the carb? Thanks and enjoy the holidays.
