straight sixes. right now I have an 84 with 250 CID integeral head.
I need an engine and because i am going to sell the truck i am trying to make it easy on myself (for once!). I'm not too worried about the exhaust side but what engines are a direct bolt in for the 250 . brackets/ pulleys, etc. . I hear a lot about 292s but they have been around so long are they the same physically as the 250 or the old 235 series engines. ?

I was pretty sure the 194/230 series was the same but not sure on the 292's. thanx . DAVE
