Progress pics..... Fuel filler door & bed

Here is my fuel filler door in action! (I have a fuel cell mounted under the bed). The door is air actuated by a small air cylinder! It's controlled by a small pneumatic toggle switch (haven't decided where to mount it yet). I know, I could have used a small electric actuator, but I already have an air source on board with the air ride system.

That's not all I've been doing though. I also recently installed some repro bed sides and am currently prepping the bed for paint. For the bed sides, I had to fill in the side marker holes (since I have a '67) and also went ahead and filled in the stake pocket holes. I hope to have the bed back on the frame the first of next week. Here are some pics..... though they aren't the best. Do you notice anything different about the bed????
