Your build is looking good though!!
well if you pull it all from a donor truck at once you going to be able to get all that at once probablly cheaper. oem harness can be used oem pedal can be used. trans and engine mated together. from a low mile truck why would need new gaskets or sensors. you could buy a totaled newer truck for 6k and gut the parts out you need sell the rest.
