Looking for a rollpan for my truck and was wondering whats the difference between the Mar-K Rollpan

http://www.sirmichaels.com/display_part/113.php besides the price is there any difference in them as far as install or quality. Also how much work is needed on each one to "finish" them. If anyone has either of these on their truck could you post a picture so i could visually compare them, preferably the one with the license box since thats the one im looking to buy. Im also wanting to be able to bolt it in so can both of them be done that way. Thanks for the help.
