Does anyone know how to read a tape measure?

Because it's obvious I don't.
I recieved my second set of custom fenders yesterday. Again beautiful workmanship, materials and customer service from Fenders-n-More. Unfortunately the bonehead, not so smart, doofus that measured did it wrong AGAIN!
Kill me now please. That is all
