LQ9 block and using a 4.8 accessories

Ok, I found a prepped LQ9 block from TX and having it built in Dallas. Using a stock crank, forged pistons and rods. I also grabbed some 317 heads for it, which I will have a little porting done to it.

Now I know in a perfect world I should have grabbed a complete LQ9 with the harness and ECM. So I found a donor 4.8 for brackets, pulleys, accessories and intake. The Question is, will I have any issues with using the ECM and the harness from the 4.8 on the LQ9?

I know I am going to need a VSS signal generator because I am using turbo 400.
