Question Which way am I going??

Hey guys,

My clutch is starting to slip a bit, and I was curious which way I start cranking the nuts on the threaded shaft to tighten it up a bit? Please excuse the crude drawing - I suck at drawing on paper, nevermind Microsoft Paint!

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I'm going to try and find a picture of what I'm looking at. The picture I included looks like hell!

BTW - it's a 3 Speed manual tranny
