Faulty proportioning valve or master cylinder?
Today, I helped change out the break pads on my buddies 79 Bonanza. Before the swap, you couldnt even turn the rotor without the wheel on. So, we replaced both front brake lines, both calipers as well as the pads. We also bleed all four brakes. After all of this, the brakes still wont spin by hand and with the wheel on, it is very stiff (same as before). The only thing I can think it would be is the proportioning valve or the master cylinder. What do yall think?
