No offense, but the speedo cable should be isolated from the trans fluid. On a TH400, there is an o-ring that needs to be replaced (did mine off BollyBib's instructions on his build). On the TH350, I believe the leaky part is called a "bullet".. If you do a search, you should find some threads on how to fix the leak.
