84 dual headlight ?

I have a 84 dual headlights. With lmc heavy duty harness an crystal clear lens, with top set hids. I got a lower light out n a top one. Lights are atleast 5yrs old so fig redo all lights.
1. ? Is when u turn on lights which ones came on top or bottem.
2. When you turn highbeams which turn on.

Been long time messed with lights. Just wanna make sure I order right bulbs an place them in right place.
