Motor Flushing

Ordered a new aluminum radiator for my 66 and after pulling the old radiator out and seeing all the rusty dust in the hoses and some near the water pump, I'd like to flush the thing out before I put in the new radiator. What is the best way to go about this? Any input is appreciated. Have a great weekend!
