350 swap
I have been looking for a 350 to swap into my 69 stepside that had a I6. Found a 350 w/ 700R out of a 93 Blazer. What is involved with swapping a early 90's 350 so I can use it w/ out a computer. Want to put a HEI dist and intake and carb on it. Is the 700R long shaft a computer controlled trans. Also there is a 84 350 that is available w/ a 4 speed auto. Not a 700R. 84 would not be computer controlled, Right? Trans might be a 200R? Not sure. Just want a 350 runner to get me through till I can afford a proper 350 to do it justice.
