1971 Cheyenne C10 SWB Factory BBC

Here are a couple pictures of my 1971 Chevy Cheyenne C10 that I have had since 1997. I purchased this truck instead of a new 1997 Chevy 4x4 and it might have been one of the smarter investments I have made. This truck was a daily driver from 1997 to 1999 and 2000 to 2004. Was originally a LWB from Oklahoma and made into a SWB right before I purchaed it. The bed is original along with the steel floor that was cut and butt welded. I removed the numbers matching 402 (but I still have it in a crate) with another big block, replaced the original 411 gears with 308 and rebuilt the turbo 400. This is a factory AC, PS, PB. Has factory tach and I added a vacum guage last year. The truck has been painted once in 1997. I lowered the truck after I bought it in 1997 with springs, shock and new panhard bar. Wheels are COYs 18x8 on front 18x9.5 on rear which I found a picture on this website and helped me make up my mind. The ultimate would be to replace the metal floor with wood. Thanks for looking there are so many nice trucks on this site. Mike
