58Hound Registered User Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Taft, TX Posts: 1	49 3600 - S-10 Swap - 8 Lug Wheels I have a 3/4 ton 1949 Chevy pickup and I am considering an S-10 swap. I like the original 8 lug wheels and want to keep them. Is it possible to switch the front wheels from the 5 lug pattern to an 8 lug pattern? If so, what would it take?
