99 ECSB W/4L80 shifting.... weird...

Got a '99 2500 ESCB with 6.0/4L80E w/70K

The last month or so, i've notived that, especially when its cold, it hangs out in gear longer then it used to. Maybe just time for a filter change? (no lift = nightmare!) What do you guys think?
