Worth it?

Hi guys, I had been over on the 47-59 forum but then sold my 56 over a year ago. Anyway, been trying to sell a boat when a guy puts up the offer for a possible trade for a 66 bbw. Already has 3/5 drop, all new suspension, disc brakes. Runs good but has a rear seal leak and possible bad bearing.

Bed is decent with new stainless and oak. Cab is another story. Needs floors, rockers, supports. Drivers door toasted passenger not too bad. rust thru above windshield.

My boat is worth 9-10k. My options are boat and have the rust repair done by him. (the truck is actually in a vintage resto-shop... guy does very good work). Or take the truck and some $$$. I sold my welders but do have access to a mig.

It is a #'s matching NC truck.
