Custom Camper front spring rate differences

Was there a heavy-duty specific front coil for the big blocks, or did this Camper suspension upgrade supercede any difference between the engine sizes because it was already heavy duty?

My buildsheet says F60 and I have a 350. Thanks for any and all replies
