What is a good Cam/Intake combo?

I have an '85 GMC sierra 4x4 shortbed. It has a 4" body lift and 33" tires with stock 3.08 gears. I want to get gears, but cannot afford them right now. It has a stock GM Goodwrench crate motor in it (190 h.p.). Needless to say, this engine has no guts pushing this truck due to the low horsepower and sucky gears. Anyways, what is a good cam/intake combo to go with? I am looking for good mid-range torque for highway driving, and occasional towing. I definitely don't race the truck, so high RPM power isn't my concern. Anyone have any input? I'm also running an Edelbrock replacement q-jet carb. Model # 1904.

Please help!
