CAPN'FAB Break Setup - ??

Hey guys, looking for OWNERS of said kit, not speculation or digs. I have read/followed his for sale thread and even chimed in a time or two. My dilemma like many is to forgo the parking brake or not. I already have wilwoods on the front and would love to pop some on the back to match. However I'm really concerned about not having a parking brake.

Not because I have or will ever use it. The ONLY time I have used one is on my Wrangler when having to stop on a limestone face that is way vertical while the guy in front of me clears the obstacle. On the street, never.

What concerns me is A. Liability in a wreck, B. passing inspection. I would REALLY love to just drop some D52s in there and be done. What have you other guys thought when you bolted up the captnfab kit on sans break kit?

(P.S. I know you an get elderado calipers with integrated Pbrake, not interested. It's pretty much wilwoods or bust at this point).
