questions about wilwood pads

I searched the forum with no luck so i hope someone can help. I have an 84 c10 that needs a brake job. For the first time in... ever... I have a little extra cash to put towards my truck. I was wondering if the wilwood 150-8939K pads are 1) worth buying over random pads at the local parts house, and 2) will they fit factory calipers or do I have to have the wilwood dual piston d52 calipers, and finally 3) will the factory, non slotted rotors be ok?

Looking at the specs of the pads, they look like they will be worth the money.

The pads: http://www.wilwood.com/BrakePads/Bra...emno=150-8939K

Thanks in advance!
