67 C10 Blazer Gas Tank Help, please

We are converting out C10 in cab fuel tank with aftermarket Blazer tank.

As a disclaimer, I am aware that there has been a lot of threads on this subhect. I have researched and googled all the threads on this forum an others and I was unable to find something that addressed my concerns specifically.

Can someone advise me how best I can install this gas tank?

Is the gas tank center lip supposed to rest underneath the frame spars (or inside)?

Is this the direction it is supposed to go (left side inspout)?

How should I attach those brackets?

I have a metal truck bed and C10 1967 full size truck.

Thanks,
