How to replace window rollers

This is a DIY deal. I bought the rollers and pins from classic chevy. I installed one using there new pin. I did not like how it mushroomed over. Thus I ground it off and used the OEM pins and the new rollers. I ground down the staked side and , used a square face punch. I installed the new roller , tapped the new set up back into the arm and hit it very quicly with the mig. Then used a bit of water to cool the part down to prevent the roller from melting. It took me less than 10 minutes to do all them this way. Just thought it would be a nice post.
