In search of a softer ride!
After about a year of driving around with my 4/6 dropped truck, I am in search of a better ride.
Front is lowered via 2.5'' Western spindles and 2'' Belltech coils. The rear is lowered via a Western Chassis flip-kit and shackles. C-notched and shock extenders. I am running Doetsch-Tech drop shocks front and rear. The ride is very rough to say the least. The front is is very harsh over bumps and imperfections in the road. The rear is very bouncy and harsh. I know it's a truck, and I know it's lowered, but there has to be something better than this! I was considering KYB GR-2 shocks. I found a supplier who sells them for a 2'' front coil drop. The rear I should be able to use stock length shocks with my extenders? Besides KYB, how are the Monroe Sensatracs? I've heard good things. Any other shock you can recommend?
