15in 8 bolt wheels

Friend of mine wants to trade my 35s for a set of his 40s, I didnt really want to go that big but i figure ill try it and see what happens i can always use them for mach up. But anyway i need to find 15in 8bolt wheels since i plan to run a 14bolt FF and a dana 60 front. Also what problems am i going to run into trying to run a 15in wheel i will have problems with clearing the front brake calipers correct?
I have heard with the proper backspacing i wouldnt have any problems with clearance or that i would have to grind the caliper.
