Identifying what front disc conversion I have?

1970 c10, 2wd. Someone already changed it to 5 lug and front disc. They did however leave it manual brakes in which I have bought a new master cyl, booster and proportioning valve combo from cpp.

My question is how do I tell of they used 71-72 parts or 73-87 because I need to rebuild the front end and need to know what brake hoses, tie rods, balljoints, rotors, etc to purchase.

If there's a way I can identify what's been used, please let me know.

Thanks
