Drive shaft and limits

I am currently swapping out a 250 Inline to a 350 V8, my question is about my two piece drive shaft. How much horsepower and torque can a stock straight six drive shaft handle? Is there a difference between a drive shaft that was from a inline vrs the trucks that had original V8s?

I have searched and most threads are about going from a two to one piece drive shaft.

It looks like my new engine will be around 400HP at the crank. My truck is a LWB.

Thanks.
