I have shortened a lot of frames over the years and prefer to do an N cut removing 12" from under the cab then fish plated with a piece of formed 8 gauge 3/16 meterial then move the rear cab mounts back and finally removing 8" off the tail. I have heard of it being done this way but never seen it. Lookin good!
