62 inner door panel arm rest install

I had to deal with the holes being over sized in both the inner and outer panel. So I found a better way to attach the door rests.
I drilled a hole in the inner panel and installed a 1/4 20 nut zert. It came out so well I was shocked. That inner panel has 12 screws holding it to the door. No way to pull it off. My arm rest came from LMC as they do not sell a 62 rest so I have no idea if the hole spacing for a 62 is the same as a 64.

But here are the pics and I have new seals so the door still shuts very hard to full closed location. Not even bit of movement on the panel, the plastic handle is another story, but it is what it is.

BTW install a new inner door handle assy from LMC, after about a hour a screwing around with it, I got the stock OEM handle to slide onto the splines. I have to say that there stuff is poorly fitting at best.
