What the heck is this!?
Ok, doing some work on my newly aquired 78 blazer and come across this under the hood. Can anyone tell me what it is? Not the greatest picture cause I took it with my phone. It is on the driver's side fenderwell and looks like it has the speedo cable going into it and another speedo cable going out of it and down to the tranny. Any help will be appreciated.
