69 road runner

i have been on the hunt for a 70 plymouth satellite, give or take a few years, but the same body style. My dad bought a 70 brand new, and i have memories of traveling in the family car, thus my search.
went to look at this one today.


























seems like changing out the rear quarters, and the piece below the rear windshield would be a challenge for me.
car would come with a 4 sp tranny but no motor. the guy has all the interior and all the pieces to put back together.
your thoughts? does it look like i'm tackling more than an average joe can fix by himself?
