Actron CP9580

New to the forum, after reading for a while, finally registered. I could use some help with my scantool Actron CP9580. Specifically, could someone tell me where to find a good user-guide that will explain what values and variability to expect if on a truck running perfect (my 1999 4.3L 5spd isn't). For example, what are the values and operating variability for o2-sensor voltages, coolant temp, st ftrm, MAF rate, etc...

I've heard that the local library is loaded with all the Mitchells. Is that where I need to look, or are there other books or free websites?
