Pitman arm/steering box torque specs ?

Greetings,hope to get the correct torque specs on an 81'Chev 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive pu for the following:

-steering box to frame bolts
-pitman arm nut at steering box
-pitman arm nut at linkage
-upper ball joint to spindle nut
-lower ball joint to spindle nut
-upper ball joint to a arm bolts
-lower control arm ubolt nuts
-control arm shaft bushing nut upper
-control arm shaft bushing nut lower
-control arm shaft upper to frame(through shims)
-shock to lower control arm nut
-shock to fame stud nut
-cradle bolts/nuts to lower frame rail
