one for the engine guys ! 327 question

I just recently picked up a 1964 Chevy 327 bottom end from a buddy that had it in his truck for a bit. He took the engine out because the heads were having issues with leaking oil into the combustion chamber. long story short , the heads came off it and it ended up under his work bench gathering dust because he lost interest in building it up again. so I bought it for 200 bucks and have so far clean it up and made sure everything is fine on it. only problem was a broken motor mount bolt that I have yet to get out and am hoping is not a big deal to get it out. I have a list of questions/concerns about this engine though.

The engine has been bored 40 over with sealed power flat tops and is hopefully going into my 86 c 10
questions:

-Will vortec heads perform well on it

-What should I be expecting for compression with vortecs on it

-what should i get for fuel millage with vortec heads, mild cam, edelbrock rpm intake, holly 650 carb, headers , th350 tranny and stock rear end

- what should i be expecting for power with the build that i have listed above
